Privacy & data protection (Law 09-08)

Once completed, this page will present: the purpose of each processing activity, data recipients, retention periods, rights of access, rectification and objection, and how to exercise those rights, in line with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Two distinct types of data
Contact data (name, role, company, e-mail, phone) and industrial activity data entered in the carbon footprint calculator are of a different nature. The latter is economically sensitive and must be stored separately, with a short retention period and an explicit ban on reuse in a mission without the client's written consent — an open item to be resolved before release, owned by the department leads.
