To be completed by IT before any public release. This static version 2 sets no audience-measurement cookie and no third-party tracker: no consent banner is therefore active at this stage.
Once an audience-measurement tool is connected (see README, open item 6), a prior consent banner will be put in place in line with CNDP recommendations on cookies: audience measurement blocked until consent is given, refusal as simple as acceptance.
The carbon footprint calculator's session is currently saved only in the browser's local storage (localStorage), with no transmission to a server and no account creation.
